Managerial Behavioral Interview Questions

We are providing a list of sample behavioral-based interview questions expected in senior to managerial positions.
  • Describe a specific situation in your job career when you had to conform to a policy with which you did not agree but have to give the approval.
  • Describe a situation when you were faced with a stressful and challenging situation that enabled you to demonstrate your coping skills.
  • Can you describe us a situation when you used judgment, reasoning and your apt logic in solving a critical problem in your project.
  • Tell us a scenario where you were able to use your persuasive skills to successfully convince someone to agree to your ideas and views.
  • Explain us with a scenario how do you set a goal in your project and what are the steps you take to meet or achieve it within time.
  • There are challenging projects when you need to complete it within a deadline. Tell us about such time and project when you had to go beyond the call of duty in order to get a such a job done. How did you cope in such a situation?
  • Please describe us about a scenario when you had too many things to do and you were required to assign priority to your tasks. What steps did you take and how did you achieve this?
